Roxanne “Roxy“ Ruffman is the unseen sister of Ruff and Scruff Ruffman, and is the mother of Glen Ruffman.
She is mentioned in Feeling Sheepish, Ruff? where she had Ruff lambsit her sheep. However, Ruff was oblivious to the fact that "sheep" was plural and thought that he was babysitting only one sheep.
At the end of that same episode, his cousin, The Canadian Mountie, wanted him to watch his moose. Only then did Ruff realize that moose is the plural of moose, just like sheep is the plural of sheep.
